Q. How do I receive services through Existwell?
A. Our health and wellness programs can happen anywhere you have an internet connection. 

Q. How does a typical Existwell Online Nutritional Program work?
A. We start with an initial consultation of your background (diet history, physical fitness level, etc.), which is a set of online forms that you must complete. Then our consultants will design your program based on what is discovered from the history reports, such as your goals, budget and needs. Many time individuals benefit from the 30 minute phone consultation and a dietary analysis after the online forms are completed.
